Delivery takes place as long as supplies last.
If the customer refuses or fails to receive the product, Moti Collection reserves the right to pay the reasonable costs of storing the products to the customer to calculate the time until it can be delivered.
Where can I receive my order?
An Order is made as soon as you receive and email from us, confirming the Order. It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. - never a PO Box), we do not deliver on weekends.
Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.
How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to ship your order out as soon as possible, although sometimes we must wait for an item to come back into stock. Usual delivery time occurs within one week of order placement, but if it goes beyond this timeframe, we will contact you to let you know the status of your order. Standard deliveries are 2 to 7 business days.
Under statutory rules, Moti Collection orders within 30 days. If this is not possible (eg. the ordered product is (no longer) in stock or no longer available), or there are other reasons for delay, or an order can not or only partially be executed, the Customer can within one month receives after placing the order and in that case he has the right order and notice to cancel without penalty.
How much do I pay for delivery service?
All Moti orders are shipped using TNT POST. Charges may vary depending on the weight and the country you are ordering from. Larger order totals will have little or no additional shipping charges. To know more about Shipping to your destination, click here
