How do I return an item?

Just inform us within 7 days by mail if you decide to return. The returned goods need to be received by us again within 10 days of confirming returns. Otherwise we can not accept the return. Please note, the product need to be in exactly the same quality; not washed, labels on it.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Returns - you have to pay for now. Moti collection is in the process of setting up free returns from their customers. We will post the information on the website as soon as its done.

How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund plus the shipping charges you initially paid, via the same means used to make your purchase.

When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and all labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
Contact our customer service, and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Moti-collection.com reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

We know it's the thought that counts, so we'll make sure your thoughtful gift-giving friend doesn't know you need a different size or prefer a different color. Please contact us directly for information about how to exchange a gift. Email us at customer@moti-collection.com.

EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my products?
The items you purchase at moti-collection.com can be exchanged for another size or colour, as long as they are in the same condition as when you received them, and we have stock.

If you wish to exchange an item, you need to return the item by shipping the item to us and make a new purchase online.

How long do I have to make an exchange?
Exchanges must be informed within 10 days from date of purchase. The exchange has be confirmed via email from Moti.
